It's obvious that most the people replying to these articles have never been touched by these kids. There is nothing to say to any of them because they have no idea what LIFE really is. Pam

I'm astonished at the level of sheer ignorance and hostility displayed by the people participating in the supposed discussion!!they obviously have no humanity or compassion within themselves.I wonder how they would react if,in the future,they were the parent of a child with difficulties?

You have no idea how much that hurt me to read. If there is one think my daughter has tought me. Is that I have felt so much more for human life then i have ever felt. I honestly cried when I read that. Who are we to take another's life?

(By virtue of being in this forum in the first place, we all obviously share the same views on this so I am unsure of the point of posting this thread link here? Maybe I am alone in thinking this but what we really need here is constructive advice and sharing of like minds not links to such emotive and distressing views. I'm not niaive in my view on other people's ignorance but I'd just rather not have to see it within this supportive environment. Let's continue with the good news and help each other in every way possible. Whilst in this site, should we not feel safe from this kind of trash?
