My son Corey was born close to due date weighing 6lb2 with no signs of problems, constantly cried and seemed very agitated but i was told i was just worrying over nothing as i had a ten yr gap in other siblings but then he didn't meet milestone like sitting, holding things, standing etc and at 12months ct scans and MRI scans were done. The diagnosis being lissencephaly, but since have new one of pachycortex(pachygyria) at the age of 15months.He eats chopped food a high calorie milk supplements he can weight bare and will walk with support, has no speech and no seizures to date but above all has the best laugh and smile ever, now 14yrs old he has recently lost 7lb in 3 weeks, he weighs 27.2kg and he is 145cm tall ,he has lost interest in food and is generally not happy :(, all checks for general health have been done and nothing has come up, my head is in over drive as to whether this is Corey giving up and failing to thrive... has anyone else got teenagers and can advise or just shed some light.Thank you for reading
